Cedarburg High School has several hallway choke points that become overcrowded between classes, like this area in the vicinity of a stairwell to the second floor. Additions to and renovations of some areas of the school are part of the Cedarburg District's $59.8 million referendum that will be on the Nov. 6 ballot.
While Les Paul Middle School does have a locked vestibule, once someone is through that door, they have access to a main hallway and the rest of the school, not restricted and cleared through the main office. Les Paul's main entrance and offices would be reconfigured for safety as part of the $60 million Waukesha School District referendum on the Nov. 6 ballot.
